Our Community

Tribeca Cocktail Reception November 13, 2007

We are visible and active members of SoHo and Tribeca. Structured work crews sweep the streets and empty the corner trash receptacles daily, keeping the neighborhoods clean and free of excess litter. Residents and store keepers see the same program participants every morning as part of their daily routine.

Because of our common interest in the neighborhood, our neighbors invited friends to learn more about our programs and our involvement in the community.

Tribeca architect, Stephen Corelli and his wife, Julie Kofman hosted a cocktail reception at their beautiful penthouse loft for the TriBeCa Partnership. Over 65 Tribecians joined Henry Buhl, Founder and Susan Needles and Jim Martin, Co-Executive Directors to hear more about the mission and community services of the Partnership.

Among the guests were:
Julie Menin and Noah Pfeifferblit (Community Board #1)
Carl Glassman (Editor/ Tribeca Trib)
Tracy Nieporent (Nobu, Centrico, Tribeca Grill, etc.)
Steven Amadee (Amadee Gallery)
Walter Haydock (Overlook Foundation)
Alan Tannenbaum (Photographer)
Samantha Singh (Protégé Partners)
Franklin Boyd and Jonathan Neil (Boyd Level)

Also, attending were members of the TriBeCa Partnership Board of Advisors including:
Ken Malian (Prudential Douglas Elliman)
Rachel Thebault (Tribeca Treats)

We thank all of the guests who attended, Dean & Deluca Caterers and especially, Stephen and Julie, for making this such a lovely evening. Our neighbors learned more about our program participants that they see on a daily basis and the Partnership was able to raise additional funds for our programs serving the homeless.
